I have tried the usual yahoo people search and whowhere, etc. They all drive you toward a PAY site. I’d like to see a list of websites that are totally free and do not direct you to pay sites. I cannot believe they do not exist, this is the internet!
FYI – I’m only looking for old friends. I’ve used classmates and reuion.com

How to find someone whose last cell phone number is disconnected, army veteran 2 years ago, 27 yr old, Phoenix
