House Search (Read Details)?

If a teen has runaway before and then came back home, but the parents know what state the teen ranaway too and then the teens runs away again, and the parents/police check the phone records and they see that they were talking to a person in the same state as where they ranaway before can they search that persons house who they were talking too? Like can they search somebodys house just for talking on the phone to someone who ranaway?
DONT WORRY GUYS I’M NOT RUNNING AWAY OR ANYTHING. I just have these curiosities.

There’s this guy I’ve known for a couple of years,we met through a mutual friend.I usually see this guy only about 3 times a year,since he lives in a town about 45 minutes away.Recently I found his Myspace,through our friend’s page.I sent this guy a friend request,and he accepted it.That was about a week ago.Now we’ve been talking a lot on myspace.We haven’t actually talked at the same time,since we’re never on at the same time.But we send messages to each other and then the other one of us will reply.We’ve been talking about meeting up and doing something,including our friend and probably my brother,too.So it wouldn’t actually be just us.And the first message he sent me,he asked if I had a cell phone number so he could put me in his contacts when he got one.I don’t have a cell phone yet,so I didn’t have a cell number to give him.But I did give him my home phone number,and he gave me his.And we’ve got each other on our top friends,too.
I don’t think anything of this,since I know we’re just friends.But my parents don’t want me dating for a long time,since I’m only about to be 15.And this guy is 18.And when I mentioned to my mom that if I ever got a cell phone(since my parents say the reason I can’t get a phone yet is ’cause I don’t have anyone to call)that I could call this guy,hoping she would say yes.Then she told me she didn’t want me calling any guys on it.So I’m afraid they would be suspicious if they knew I was talking to this guy on myspace and that we had exchanged phone numbers,even though nothing is going on.
Sorry this is so long,I just don’t want my parents getting mad just because I’m e-mailing a guy,especially one I don’t see face-to-face very often.If you were a parent,would you be okay about this?Mine are pretty strict.

We don’t talk about anything bad,at all.i’ve met him several times face-to-face,and my parents have met him,too.I think they like him.I jusr don’t know how they’ll like me talking to him one-on-one.

We both come from very religious families,so I doubt he’ll try anything.And if we ever do hang out,it’ll be with lots of other people around.

My heart was pounding out of my chest. I knew that today was the day. I was prepared for everything, but wasn’t ready for anything. As I got dropped off for school I waved goodbye to my mom and walked over to my friends, like I always did. School seemed to go by extra slowly, but when the bell rang I almost wanted it to go on longer. I was waiting for busses to be dismissed and the butterflies in my stomach were going crazy. I planned everything out, this wasn’t like a test that I would study for in homeroom and hope to pull off a “B” on. If I didn’t get a 100% on this then I would be caught and I would have to live 4 more years of torture. This wasn’t another cliché runaway that you see kids try to do in the movies and then they’d come home after an hour. No, this was something that I planned for at least 4 months and had everything worked out to a tee.
It was the last day before Christmas Break and my parents thought they I was going to be going to the Bahamas for a week with my friend, Savannah. I told them that there was no cellular connection there and that I would try to find a pay phone or something that I would be able to talk to them with and not to worry. Also, I tried to impound in their head not to try calling because there’s no connection, without it being obvious that I don’t want them to call. But just incase, I gave them fake phone numbers. I was carrying ,000 cash and was hoping to find a job first thing when I got to New York. I broke my computer because I know that they can search through your history, and I didn’t want anyone to know what cities I was thinking about going to and what ideas I had in my head. Obviously, I had to get rid of my cell phone because they can track that. I had nothing, but necessities in my backpack and I was prepared and confident that I had a great chance of completely starting over.
My life wasn’t bad, but I didn’t like it here. I just imagined living my life like everyone else in my small town and realized how horrible it would be. It was almost scary how much everyone did everything the same. It was different faces, but the same life. If I didn’t get out of this town now, I wasn’t ever. The only people that would get out was the star football players, and for the past five years we haven’t had any star football players. I’ve always known that I’m not just another average teenage girl, and I’m happy about that. The kids here are robots. They’re programmed to think things about life, school, and how to act. I’m not happy here and no one understands that. I know I won’t miss anything when I leave. My friends are just people that you carry on conversations with, the teachers are just living computers, and the adults are like a gossip magazine, filled with lies. I don’t know how I’ve lived here for 14 years anyway.
As I was getting on to the bus that I know dropped off kids next to a local grocery store and strip mall, I sat down and was just starting to think about life. How mine was so boring compared to other kids my age. How my life was going to change so much in just a couple of days. When we came to the stop I got off and went directly to the hairstyle store, Super Styles, and knew exactly what style I was going for. I had short brown hair with ugly orange highlights. So the almost complete opposite would be long dirty blonde hair. I looked so different but actually okay. I didn’t want anyone to recognize me. If I’m going to start over that means new look, name, and thought of mind. I left and then got onto a real bus. It would take me to the city that never sleeps and I would finally start over new. When I got there it was like I was being reborn. It was a whole new scenery. It was a movie moment and I felt like the star. I would definitely find a way to work this out.
As days turned into to months into years my perspective changed on life. Maybe my parents lived there because it’s the easy way out. There’s no troubles or problems, but there’s also no happiness and liveliness, and I’ll take the problems that life throws at me with a smile on my face before I ever go back to that life. I’m finally living my life, and I will never let anyone tell me how ever again.

Apparently my mother uses a website to record my house phone conversations and listens to them. I know she does because other parents have told me about the tapes she has of me speaking on my house phone. Apparently she uses a website, even though my mom isn’t very technologically handy. Can you use a website to do this? If not what type of hardware could she be using?
I need to know so I can intercept it and get my privacy back. I’m a 17 year old guy, not a 5 year old baby.
Is there any type of network to look up cell phone numbers?
I didn’t think there was, but several times now parents have gotten my dad’s cell phone number and called him (I wasn’t in trouble or anything–they were just trying to get a hold of their kids).
I realize that they could have gotten it from other people, but my dad isn’t really friends with any parents and doesn’t know them either. There are seriously no connections that these parents could have had to get his cell number.
I’m just kind of creeped out, and wanna know how people look up cell numbers…

If a 17yr old was detained and questioned by police officers without an attempt to contact his parents.He signed a release to give police access to his telephone records,will their findings or his statement (not a confession) hold up in court? He was charged as a adult with the crime. Our state is Alabama.

I need to know how to fnd phone call records because someone keeps calling my mom’s cell phone and whenever my dad answers the guy says obscene things about my mom and its making my dad think that my mom is cheating on him. He calls under “Private Caller” so I don’t know how to find his number. I need to clear this up between my parents because something really bad will happen so please help me! Thank You.
