How do I stop harassing cell phone calls?

My wife is constantly getting phone calls on her cell phone (1 to 2 times per day). The caller ID says "unavailable" and when she answers there’s a voice recording. It gives a number to call back. I know there is a website I can use to report this harassment, but I couldn’t find it using a simple web search. Does anyone have any advice?

So I keep getting phone calls at odd hours and I call back to find out who it is usually no one picks up and its a general voice recording. I have gotten some threatening phone calls for some other girl and I wish I knew who these people were to get them to stop. I do not want to pay money to find out I think that is ridiculous and plus I don’t have the money to be spending on cell phone number search does anyone know what to do I mean I get phone calls at 4am I need my phone on in case work pages and I also need my sleep. I have switched my number twice and similar situations keep happening. I don’t give my number out ever I have no enemies except maybe one which is to dumb to track my number down. anyone know any ways to figure these numbers out?
Why is there no way to find out who is calling your cell phone from a private number?
I’m getting phone calls from numbers that shows up private, and unavailable on my cell phone caller ID. I’ve called my phone company and they say there’s no way to find out the number that these people are calling from. Why is that?

I got prank called today like 5 times around six o’ clock in the morning and i am very annoyed with this. i want to find out who prank called me but have no clue how and all the internet help websites don’t exactly help. Does anyone know a free way i can get phone # access to my phone and find out? ( i remember my cousin telling me once that there was a certain # u could call to talk to and ask about your recieving phone calls, and no im not thinking of the phone company. if anyone knows this # 2 it would be very helpful if u said it. im sure it was like *something.)

Does anyone have access to a reverse cell phone lookup directory?
I have been getting harrassing phone calls for almost 3 months now. I have a feeling that they are coming from my psycho ex and I want to take him to court for harassment if they are. I would like someone with access to a reverse cell phone lookup to look up the cell phone number for me and verify the name listed under the phone to prove that they are coming from him in court. I have also gotten calls in the past from a now disconnected number, but it would also help me if I can prove that those calls came from him as well. I would appreciate if anyone could help me out because I am frustrated and ready to get him taken away because it’s been 3 years and he won’t leave me alone! I’ve tried to use the lookup on my own, but they all require fees and all they will tell me is the city the number is from. Both numbers are unlisted so I can not google it either.

Is there a service that will record incoming calls on a cell phone?
Federal law allows a telephone conversation to be recorded with one party’s consent (in this case, mine). I want to record incoming phone calls from a debt collection agency in case they treat me like I’ve heard they treat everybody. I found one company that charges $0.15/min to record outgoing calls, but that doesn’t help me. Something like that would work great for me if it records people calling me. Oh, and my phone’s old so it doesn’t have a recording option on it. Any suggestions?
